Hello there again!

Napakanta ka din ba? Or sounds familiar? Naka relate?

Possible na ang “hindi makatulog at hindi makakain” ay hindi lamang signs ng in love.. Bagkus Ito din ay signs ng emotional stress..

Friend, Ito ang mga symptoms ng emotional stress:
Hirap kang makatulog. Yung para bang nakikapag away ka na sa sarili mo para lng makatulog ka.. Nakahiga, nakapikit pabaling baling tapos in the end, hindi pa din makatulog. Kapag daw palagi kang hindi makatulog more than twice a week, signs na ito na meron kang psychological issues.

Ambilis ng pagbabago ang weight mo.  Either biglang bumaba ang timbang mo or tumaas over a few weeks. Tapos yung tipong hindi naman nabago kung paano ka kumain or paano ka mag exercise.

Hindi maipaliwanag na sakit ng katawan na hindi mo maipaliwanag kung saan nanggagaling? Maaaring masakit ang ulo, sakit ng likod, diarrhea, constipation at chronic pain. Yung tipong hindi ka naman kumain ng hindi kagandahang pagkain kaya ka nag diarrhea. Ayan, isa yan sa simptomas

Yung mabilis mag init ulo mo. Tipong natanong ka lng ng simpleng tanong bigla ka na lng nag freak out.  Or yung tipong galit ka pero hindi mo alam kung bakit ka nagalit? (huh? Pd ba yun?)

Yung palagi kang nag woworry. Kakalock mo lng pintuan, ichecheck mo ulit. At di ka pa nakuntento, pabalik balik ka para irechek ang mga bagay bagay (mga 5 times). Obsessive and Compulsive behavior ika nga.

Lagi ka bang nakakaramdam ng pagod kahit wala ka namang ginawa? Yung dating gustong gusto mong gawin eh parang bigla ka na lng napagod na gawin yun? Hmm.. baka emotional stress na yan kapatid.

Yung tipong nagkukulong ka na lng sa kuwarto mo at parang ayaw mong may makausap.

Kapatid, kailangan mo ng ma-manage ang stress mo.  And normally lahat yan would all boils down to the number one source of stress in our life.  And that is WORRY.

Reminder lng po, God says in Philippians 4:6

“Don’t be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God”

Therefore “Don’t Worry About Anything”, offer them to God and He is in control.

DON’T WORRY my friend

He assures us with this

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” – Philippians 4:7

“Worrying is like a rocking chair, it will give you something to do but it won’t get you anywhere”

The word “worry” in Greek connote divided or distracted. When we get overwhelmed with worries, we often end up getting more worried.
. There are several ways worrying can be conquered.

Whenever you are at your lowest point and it seems you are wallowing in the shackles of negative thoughts, you can develop a personal mantra which will help you refocus your mind on positive thoughts. This can be achieved by revolutionizing and conditioning your mind to sincerely pick words which represent you.

Your words must be powerful words which connects with you. This must be done consistently.

Speak the words to yourself and beam with a smile. This would help to reduce any trauma stress and worry may want to inflict on you.

Always Remember

God Said:  “I’ve got this for you… Don’t worry”
